1. How do I order Goreng2U.com Delivery online?
Just follow these simple steps:
- Start adding items to cart and then checkout.
- Enter your delivery address to Check Delivery Area.
- Select Delivery as Shipping
- Remark your preferred Delivery date and time in the Order notes (if any).
- Checkout, pay and we’ll deliver!
2. Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing an order?
You may change or cancel your order via our Customer Care (014) 218-8626 provided that the ordered items have not left the restaurant.
3. How will I know if Goreng2U has received my online order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been submitted.

4. What do I do if my order arrived with missing items?
Please call our Customer Care at (014) 218-8626 to inform our Customer Care personnels of your missing items. We will arrange for the items to be delivered to you in the soonest time possible.
5. Is Goreng2U Delivery available across Malaysia?
Our Delivery currently only covers selected areas in the country. You will be prompted to check your address when you start ordering online. Normal delivery for your order need a minimum order of RM15. The following table shows how much we charge for delivery:

6. When is the operating hours for Goreng2U Delivery?
Our Delivery is available from 10.00am to 6.00pm from Mondays to Saturdays excluding public holidays.

7. How much time does it take for Goreng2U Delivery to arrive after placing an order?
We strive to deliver our service as fast as we can to meet your needs. The delivery time may vary depending on the status of delivery stores. An estimated time of delivery will be shown in every order you place online:
- Orders above RM150 will arrive in approximately 1 hour
- Orders above RM200 will arrive in approximately 1.5 hours
- Orders above RM250 will arrive in approximately 2 hours
- Orders above RM350 will arrive in approximately 2.5 hours
- Orders above RM500 will arrive in approximately 3.5 hours

8. Does Goreng2U Delivery offer the same menu as Goreng2U restaurants?
Menu options for Goreng2U Delivery vary from restaurants’ in-store menu. Goreng2U Delivery has its own Delivery Menu and promotions that are specially catered for delivery.
9. Is there a minimum order requirement for Goreng2U Delivery?
A minimum order of RM15 excluding delivery charges applies to all orders on Goreng2U Delivery.
10. What are the payment options available for Goreng2U Delivery?
The following payment options are available for Goreng2U Delivery:
- Direct Bank Transfer (only for orders below RM5000)
- Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
- Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
- E-wallet providers (DuitNow)
Please note that we only accept Credit/Debit Card issued by banks in Malaysia.
11. Can I schedule my order in advance?
You can place your future orders up to 3 days in advance via Goreng2U Delivery Online. During the ordering process, remark your preferred delivery date and time.
12. Can I order Goreng2U Delivery via the website without creating an account?
Yes, we now have a ‘guest checkout’ feature for customers who wish to place an order without creating an account.
However, we would recommend you to register with us to ease of all future orders. Furthermore, registration is free!

Self Collect offers you a new way of ordering – you can now pre-order on the goreng2u.com, and collect your order at your preferred time at our store.
2. What are the benefits of Self Collect?

Place your order online, pick the collection time and skip the queue at the store – we’ll make sure your meal is ready to go.
This service is FREE with no additional charges, and there is no minimum order requirement for Self Collect.

2. How do I collect my orders for Self Collect?
You can collect your order at our store located at
25-UG-27, Prima Plaza Shopping Centre, Jalan Kangkong, Wisma Prima, Jalan Klang Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan.
Just show your order confirmation email to our crew in the store.
3. How do I contact the store if I will be arriving early/late or need to change my collection time and date?
Please contact our store to inform them of changes to your collection time or date. You may find the store’s contact number in the order confirmation email that has been sent to you.
4. How long do I need to wait after I’ve placed an order for Self Collect?
If you choose ‘Order Now’, estimated preparation time varies based on your orders:
- Orders above RM150 will be prepared within 1 hour
- Orders above RM200 will be prepared within 1.5 hours
- Orders above RM250 will be prepared within 2 hours
- Orders above RM350 will be prepared within 2.5 hours
- Orders above RM500 will be prepared within 3.5 hours

5. What are the payment options available for Self Collect orders?
We accept both debit/credit cards (Visa & Master) issued by banks in Malaysia. We also accept selected E-Wallet providers (DuitNow). Payment is to be made upon order confirmation.
